Synopsis
The Roman Empire falls, leaving England ruined, split up between tribes and brutally enslaved by the Irish. To escape the tyranny several barons from different tribes come together secretly. But there was a traitor who betrayed the alliance to the Irish. After escaping the arising massacre, Lord Marke feels obligated to raise young Tristan, son of his ally. Grown-up Tristan leads guerilla attacks on Irish occupying forces and is a promising young warrior. Mortally wounded one day he is laid in a funeral boat that strands on the Irish coast. Isolde, the Irish princess, discovers, nurses and falls in love with him while hiding her true identity. Too soon destiny tears them apart and brings them together after Tristan unknowingly won Isolde on behalf of his patron Lord Marke. Invincible love leads to bitter betrayal and ultimately ends in a war…
